FAQ for Borrowers:

What happens after I check out? Once you check out, we will verify that your item is available and send you a confirmation email within 48 hours.

If for any reason, your item is unavailable we will issue you a refund. 

What happens when my rental period is over? Use the prepaid label enclosed with your package and drop in a FedEx or USPS box.  We use FedEx SmartPost® Returns. 

What if an item arrives and is not as described? Contact us at concierge@10wooster.com

What are 10 Wooster shipping costs? Free for the time being!

How long does it take for an item to arrive? Items are scheduled to arrive on or before the date you requested. We will send you a tracking number once the items shipped. 

How do I ensure my dress arrives on time? We ship items several days before the rental start date using a reliable service. However, the best way to protect against postage delays is to pick a rental date 1-2 days before your event. 

FAQ for Lenders:

How do I become a lender? Contact us at concierge@10wooster.com and tell us what brands you want to lend. Please note that we accept luxury (e.g. Louis Vuitton, Prada, Bottega Veneta) and contemporary (e.g. Sandro, Maje, Jonathan Simkhai, Alexis) designers. No fast fashion.

How do I make sure my items rent? We promote you and all our lenders, but the best way to get tons of lenders is to share your 10 Wooster profile 10wooster.com/username. This way everyone who admires your style can borrow a piece! 

How do I price my items? We suggest 10% to 20% of the original retail price, but lenders are free to choose any price. Factor in dry cleaning costs when setting your price and calculating your return. We’ll take care of shipping and packaging.

What if my item is not returned in the condition I sent it in? Items are insured. Contact us at concierge@10wooster.com
